Activities take place after your lessons. There is
one activity for all the students every week, normally on Thursday afternoons.
Activities are annouced on our Facebook page and at the school location in Carmen Bajo 224. We organize cooking, salsa, game, bar (how to mix traditional drinks) and film nights.
Cooking lessons:
Preparing typical Peruvian food is one of the activities you must experience.
Peruvian cooking combines a lot of influences from different regions (coastal, highlands and jungle) and ethnic groups. It is getting more and more internationally recognized. Classes are held with other students preparing dishes such as Ceviche (the
famous Peruvian fish dish), Aji de Gallina (rice with chicken in a garlic
sauce) or Adobo de Cerdo (a pork dish). (top of page)
