Inka trail 2 Days / 1 Night

Day 1

You will be picked up at your hotel around 5:30 am. You'll travel by train through the sacred valley to km. 104, the start of the 2 day Inca Trail. You'll start to walk until lunchtime. After lunch you will visit the Wiñayhuayna ruins. You then continue to Machu Picchu itself although you won't have time for a guided tour. You then take the bus down to the town of Aguas Calientes where you will spend the night.

Day 2

You should get up early this day to take the bus up to MachuPicchu and see the sun rise. Then you'll spend about 2 hours in Machu Picchu, where the guide will explain the significance of important sites within the Lost City of the Incas.

Remarks

You must bring good trek shoes, warm clothes. sunglasses, cag, mosquito repellent, snacks, sublock, purifing tablets and 1 bottle of water. You can get a $20 discount with a student card.
